Are you doubting the potential for the sell is real? I know nothing has been brought before the Council, publicly at least.

Timing is everything and bringing something like this before the Council prior to the election, would not have been smart.
May have been a deal breaker for Kellar’s reelection..

Rumor on the street indicates Ms. Weste has sold or is selling her Placerita Canyon property to the City. If the rumor is accurate, it appears her promotion of the downtown redevelopment plan may have finally paid her a very handsome return. It seems Mr. Palskamp may have a leaking ship.

Perhaps Mr. McFarland can look into this. It would be a travesty if Ms. Weste receives millions while the property owners along Main Street suffer.

At a minimum, it seems Mr. Palskamp may have a leaking ship.
