and they think the cause of death is suicide:
On October 26, 2009, Brigett Kennemore,female white/18 years-old, was reported missing from Newhall. Homicide investigators believe the decedent may be Kennemore and the cause of death is a tragic suicide. The identity of the decedent will ultimately be determined by the coroner’s office.
Media reported last week that before she disappeared, Kennemore was upset about breakup with her boyfriend.
What else can you do but shake your head at this?
At Hart High in the mid 90s,I remember a fellow high school student who drove up to an uncompleted housing lot in Stevenson Ranch and shot himself. The word then was that he was also upset about a breakup. Students were shocked and saddened when authorities found his body near his truck and word got back to campus.
Suicide is such a pointless exercise and leaves nothing but grief and destruction to those left behind.

Its especially tragic in the case of a teen, because experience will reveal that the problem that was so terrible was minor in the light of experience.
Do you remember that this young woman was a developmentally disabled Valencia High School student?
Do you remember that relatives of the 18-year-old are worried about her and say she has difficulty on her own because of her disability.
Please don’t be so quick to judge
the mental capabilites/thought process of this young woman.
The pain for her family must be overwhelming.
