An update received today from the Clerk’s office at close of business on January 12, 2009 revealed that twelve people actually pulled papers for the City Council but one has withdrawn their name (Who is Mark Kirkpatrick?).
Of the 11 remaining two have returned their nomination papers (David Galvan and Kenneth Mann). NO ONE has had their signatures verified so they could be placed on the ballot officially.
Come on folks! The deadline is Friday!
