Capital GAINS tax. If a business is using the profits they’re making to pay for employee expenses… then its not a gain now is it?

Uh, it is businesses that create the jobs that put people to work. Removing the Capital Gains tax will allow businesses to invest for less money which frees up more funding to expand their businesses THUS HIRING PEOPLE. Come on Jeff, you’re smarter than that.

As much fun as it is to poke at Buck….

Yes, the city could enact a smoking control ordinance which restricts the type of businesses that can apply for and receive a permit to sell tobacco. (IE, Pharmacies, etc.)

I’ve always enjoyed the fact that you can buy alcohol and tobacco at your local pharmacy…. “Yes, hi, lemme have my blood pressure meds, pack of Marlboro reds and a bottle of Jack Daniel’s please….”
