		<description>It&#039;s been 6 months since there were any updates on the project, and BAM! EIR for the first village.

I&#039;ve read the Specific Plan from 7 years ago, and it is really far off from how they&#039;re planning it now.  The boundaries and names of the villages are completely different, for one.</description>
