The RAND corp is a non partisan research institution. There are ‘think tanks’ that are partisan but no reason to question the integrity of a study just because it might go against what he wants it to show.

On Google;
I watched the video on the City website from Google and the instructions I heard were to go to the Google Projects website and submit you nomination for your City, yet the City leaves this out of their instructions. Instead, like the progressive big government or City Managers Office has become they instruct the community to upload a 20 second video to give the City ideas that they can not think of on their own. I went to the City’s 4share. Website and no one has upload a single video.

I want this as much as the next Internet geek, but the City hasn’t a clue how to work with Google and unless they learn quickly we won’t have a chance.

And why is the City using 4share, do they not find any if the local technology companies worth working with?

IHeart: wow, I had no idea. This Turing test is interesting stuff. I may have been talking to AL, ALICE, ELIZA, or ELBOT. Makes me feel better to know that genius scientists, who can actually ask questions and interact with these bots, frequently cannot tell which is human which machine. Thanks for the information.
