The bottomline is that it's gotten out of hand and it needs to stop. The evidence shows the whole story. You have associations with some of your posters and by that very definition (see Kellar, Tea Party and illegal immigration posts) on your own blogs, this makes you part of the team. Also, posting on company time? Is that allowed? Not all the posts were done here, some on other sites. The bottomline is that it’s gotten out of hand and it needs to stop.
