Great piece about Bouquet Auto. I’ve used them on many an occasion…. Vatozone is great for taking your oil to be recycled, but that just about ends the limits of their usefulness. All of the auto-parts chain stores, known for hiring teenagers who just want any job, have collectively assembled the knowledge that is in Owen’s pinky.

I trust Bouquet Auto to get me the right part the first time…. unlike the chains… where I’ve had to return custom ordered parts because they sent the wrong one…

@Todd, I agree with your comments except for the vatozone one, although it is probably accurate.
I am sure this auto parts store, being a legitimate business, pays taxes and complies with all local permit, employment, zoning, and etc laws.
If I were to purchase an old RV, equip it with a variety of auto parts, sell them for less since I have much less overhead, park it in front of Bouquet Auto, and take away his customers, it appears Jeff and the gang would be happy just like the new “gourmet” food trucks.

By the by, how long should I hold my breath? When will Ferry get his comeuppence for the Mayor Dude expenditures/corruption?

For those of you keeping score, that’s the driest humor you’ll see in the comments today.

Not sure who they are Bill, I guess they were board members with you. They must be saints to have been on a board with you and Cam and not to have committed suicide. Bill what I have heard of you and Cam and how you conduct yourself not only on HOA boards but in general with your stupid videos and comments and constant criticism of everything and everyone makes me cringe and shiver.

Bill, I live in the Summit and have gone to many meetings, those two gentlemen were great board members. Our HOA was in dire financial problems, we had no money in the bank and our reserves were down to like 20%. After they both came in they were able to cut expenses and get our HOA finances back in order. The day they left (2 years after coming on to the board) our HOA reserve fund was over 100% and we had an excess of 100% in our operating fund. Please, don’t look like an idiot by criticizing really great HOA board members that have done so much for our HOA. No wonder really great people don’t run for HOA boards and we are left with the likes of you and Cam destroying our HOA.

scvdad (AKA: swim team advocate), anyone could restore financial viability by raising monthly dues. The day those two left was right after a recall was called on them and they promptly resigned…

        • scvdad says:

Bill… they cut expenses and eliminated waste too you fool. You and Cam went around gathering signatures in retaliation for Cam’s recall, you came to my house with all your lies and crap about two great board members asking me to sign your phony petition, I basicaly threw you out. Why the hell would anyone stay on the HOA to deal with people like you and Cam.

Dream on scvdad, no one has ever thrown me out of anywhere. What expenses were cut!? By the way, my assistance on the board has been requested and encouraged by people you know and respect. Try getting your facts straight for a change…
