I still remember the ‘Valley News and Greensheet’ from the sixties. It was free and actually had a green front page.
It is sad that the Daily News essentially gave up on the SCV. Reporter Judy O’Roarke was very good to me in reporting on our Open Space Tax opposition (As you were as well Jeff).
“I still remember the ‘Valley News and Greensheet’ from the sixties. It was free and actually had a green front page.”
Dam, you’re an old frt Jim.
But I’m not yet yelling out the window “You damned kids get off my lawn!”
LOL. I remember using it for puppy training when I was a kid!
Speaking of Frank Ferry @ Holy Cross Hospital…Obamacare has been ruled unconstitutional and we can finally breath a sigh of relief. Limited govenment is not dead in the United States.
what the heck does one thing have to do with the other… and FYI: only one portion has been ruled on
Thanks a lot squad! I was just starting to breathe that sigh of relief that Petz2 mentioned.
No matter what the ruling it’s gonna end up at the Supreme Court. All this is is a bunch of noise.
I wanna know when a Redevelopment committee opens up for Town Center Drive.
I’ll nominate you for Committee Chair, CC
The Daily News really hates it when you refer to their paper as the “Green Sheet,” as it was known when I was a kid in the SFV in the ’60s.
