Sorry Brief fans, but I’m going to be far to busy covering the election today to do a Daily Brief. It all starts this morning as I go and vote, perhaps interview a few voters (if any show up at my precinct ha!), then make my way to City Hall this evening where I’ll be live-blogging the returns as they come in.

You’ll have plenty of reasons to read SCVTalk tonight- I hope to have podcast interviews, photos, perhaps video, and of course, I’ll announce the winners on this site as soon as I find out.

Now, one last item remains. I must lobby my wife to vote for the candidates I’ve chosen.

It’s election season, and this year’s cylce is among the most exciting in years, if not decades. Democrats in the SCV may be a minority, but they’ve taken advantage of the excitement. Let’s see what they’ve been up to lately.
